As part of our comprehensive technical support program, Lithiutech provides services for many models of cellular phones. These services are available to customers from North and South America, Europe and Asia. The stated prices do not include shipping nor replacement parts.

| Warranty repair |
Phones which are bought from Lithiutech and for which a warranty is stated on the invoice will be free of charge unless water damage or damage through human intervention has occurred. In addition, damage which occurred from locking, unlocking or flashing the mobile phones will exempt Lithiutech Canada Inc. from the responsibility of repairing the phone. Shipping damaged phones to Lithiutech Canada Inc. will be the responsibility of the buyer while shipping from Lithiutech Canada Inc. the buyer will be free of charge. |
| Diagnosis |
- Function and performance tests
- Diagnosis performed on inoperable phones
- Cost: $15 CA |
| Basic Repairs |
- Includes the aforementioned diagnosis and replacement of a failed component such as an LCD, antenna, speaker or microphone
- Cost: $20 CA |
| Major Repairs |
- Includes the aforementioned diagnosis and soldering of failed components, testing on Anritsu machine and repair for water damage
- Cost: $30 CA |
