- Does registering on the Lithiutech website cost money?
- I registered on the Lithiutech website but forgot my password. What should I do?

- How do I purchase phones from Lithituech?
- For any purchasing made from Lithiutech Canada we require our clients to fax or email us an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) to the following number (001) 514-334-3711. The ICPO must clarify all contact information of the buyer and the purchased product. Within 24 hours, Lithiutech will reply with an issued ICPO and a Performa Invoice (PI) that will include payment instructions, product details and vendor information.
- How do I sell to Lithiutech?
- Lithiutech Canada will follow the same method and procedure of payment that it imposes on its clientele, unless stated differently by the vendor.
- How do I ship to or from Lithiutech?
- There are many options with regards to the transfer of goods from or to Lithiutech. Goods leaving Lithiutech within Canada are shipped by land (FOB), while to other parts of the world, the buyer is required to bear the cost of freight unless stated differently on the PI. Working with TNT, UPS, Hellmann Logistics, and FedEx allows our clients to choose from a variety of freight forwarders, depending on the best rates and services. In addition, buyers are always welcome to schedule a pick-up from our facility using their freight forwarder account after verifying all details with our sales representatives. - When will I get my phones?
- Lithiutech usually ships in one day depending on the receiver’s location or at most 5-7 business days if shipment was not held by customs.
- What is the payment method?
- All our prices are in U.S dollars and are subject to change according to demand, availability, quantities, and exchange rates. Although we often update our prices, it is always recommended to confirm them with us before making any purchases. Please call for your best price quotations.
When buying from Lithiutech Canada Inc. there are many different payment options. Lithiutech’s preferred method of payment is a Telex Transfer after proof of stock and/or inspection. We also accept credit cards such as Visa and American Express.
